Shipping & Returns
Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), production turnaround varies between Print Providers. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date in Printify.
Why is my order taking so long?
Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual could include:
The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered in. (If the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us.)
The order did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure that only the highest-quality product is shipped out.
If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.
Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.
If your order has not been updated or shipped after 7 business days from submission, please submit an inquiry through our email form here.
Orders are sent to production only after payment for the order is received. If you have a linked credit card or sufficient balance, your orders are sent to production according to your order approval settings.
Return & Exchange Policy
Realeza Styles is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
You can set your own store policy and offer returns or exchanges. In this case, you can set up custom return address in Realeza Styles settings.
Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Realeza Styles is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information from your customers.
However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such.
In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund to your Realeza Styles Balance, which later will automatically cover the production and shipping costs of new orders or it can be withdrawn to the same payment source where it initially came from anytime.
Please feel free to contact Realeza Style with all the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation, and we will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending if the replacement or a refund is eligible or not.
